Garden....Again

My has my garden grown. I've had a ton of zuchini now and still even more beans. Last week I froze eight quarts of green beans and 2 quarts of zuchini. We finally had a pepper big enough to eat and it was a lot better than I expected. I'm not sure if I will plant those again though. Our cucumbers are the best I've ever had, they are so yummy! My little tomatoes are ready faster than i cna eat them, but the big ones sitll wont do anything, I think we are going to have to turn them into salsa if they ever turn red. One day we went out and cut a bunch of blossoms off of our squash plants and they finally started to grow. Sunday we are going to have a pot roast with potatoes and carrots from our garden, I'm excited for that too! I dont use my onions enough so maybe I will try and dry them and see if I can get more use out of them. I've had a lot of fun with my garden and look forward to eating the things I froze this winter.
